FIELD: processes for bending sheet materials, possibly manufacture of light corrugated fillers of laminate panels of air crafts and building constructions.

SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of creasing both sides of sheet blank along folding lines of recesses of development of folded structure of filler for providing blank relief with angles of protrusions and recesses along folding lines allowing to deform blank along creases and to form zigzag corrugations at further compression of relief blank from lateral sides until closing up faces of zigzag corrugations; then stretching folded structure in direction reverse relative to compression direction for providing predetermined height of filler; realizing creasing by pressing through sheet blank with use of creasing tool on elastic base until formation of predetermined relief angle along lines of protrusions and recesses. Creasing is realized due to successive transitions from one side of sheet blank to its other side according to alternating order of recesses at both sides of development for providing relief. Relief blank is compressed along perimeter of its lateral sides and along first zigzag corrugation, then it is compressed successively along the whole length of its relief as forming corrugations of folded structure. Creasing is realized by means of creasing tool heated until temperature no higher than destruction temperature of material of sheet blank.

EFFECT: enhanced accuracy of shaping.
