FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the head for re-painting (varnishing) of round easy opened lids with size over circumference from 52.5 to 99 mm. The head for re-painting of the round lids contains re-painting device (1) made movable using the lifting gear (2). The re-painting device (1) contains main rotary shaft (13) with which at least one axial insert (18) is connected. To the insert at least one re-painting console (19) is secured, it is forced rotated by the main rotary shaft (13). The re-painting console (19) is connected with the appropriate painting injector (20) made with variable distance to geometric centre of the main rotary shaft (13). The console (19) is made with possibility of rotation around the axial insert (18), and setting of the required re-painting console (19) position by the locking device. The locking device prevents any relative movement between the main rotary shaft (13) and axial insert (18). The re-painting device (1) contains also device of materials supply for re-painting, it contains a rotary cuff (22) installed above the main rotary shaft (13). The main rotary shaft (13) is connected with bearings located in the bearing pedestal (16) cavities, the pedestal is connected with prismatic casing (3), in its turn the casing is connected with the transverse supports, and they together are secured to the top movable support. The transverse movable supports are connected with fixed support (28) by means of the vertical guides.

EFFECT: simplification of maintenance due to quick and easy transition between sizes, and assurance of the possibility of various paint coating application.
