FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: invention covers car door lock equipped with ratchet mechanism (2, 3) and control leverage (5, 6) actuating said ratchet mechanism (2, 3). Besides, it comprises lock arrester (7) to lock along with control lever (5) the control leverage (5, 6) at preset forces of acceleration, for example, at collisions. In compliance with this invention, control lever (5) and arrester (7) uncouple said control leverage (5, 6) at preset forces of acceleration by deflection related therewith. Forces of accelerations passed, control lever (5) and arrester (7) lock the control leverage( 5, 6).
