SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of biotechnology, genetic engineering and immunology. Claimed are methods of obtaining libraries of DNA sequences, coding homologous polypeptides, and to the application of such libraries for the identification of naturally diversified polypeptide versions. The invention also relates to methods, suitable for obtaining collections of synthetic fragments of antibodies, in which one or several complementarity determining regions (CDR) are substituted with a collection of existing CDR, obtained from a natural source. The invention also relates to methods, suitable for the diversification of a polypeptide fragment by the insertion of a diversified sequence of a synthetic or natural origin, a sequence which does not require modification, coding an initial polypeptide.
