FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: cast steel contains following substances, in wt %: carbon - 0.06-0.10, silicon - 0.35-0.65, manganese - 0.6-1.2, phosphorus - not over 0.020, sulphur - 0.003-0.025, aluminium - 0.02-0.06, nitrogen - not over 0.006, vanadium - 0.03-0.06, ∑Cr+Ni+Cu≤0.15, iron and unavoidable impurities making the rest. Steel is cast to slabs to be hot rolled at finishing temperature of 800-850°C. Hot-rolled strips are reeled at 610-660°C and subjected to cold rolling. Recrystallisation annealing is executed at 650-690°C and cured thereat for 15-30 hours. Now, slow cooling is performed for 1-7 hours along with temper rolling with reduction of not over 1.4%.
EFFECT: higher ductility and formability.
