FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: cast steel contains following substances, in wt %: carbon - 0.05-0.08, silicon - not over 0.03, manganese - 0.30-0.65, phosphorus - not over 0.015, sulphur - no over 0.020, aluminium - 0.015-0.050, nitrogen - not over 0.006, niobium - 0.005-0.015, ∑Cr+Ni+Cu≤0.15%, iron and unavoidable impurities making the rest. Steel is cast to slabs. The latter are to be hot rolled at initial temperature at finishing stands T6≤1000°C and finishing of 845-880°C. Strips are reeled at 510-560°C. Recrystallisation annealing is executed at 630-670°C and cured thereat for 15-28 hours. Now, temper annealing with reduction of at least 1.2% is performed.
EFFECT: higher ductility and formability.
