FIELD: radio engineering, communication.
SUBSTANCE: earthquake-resistant building structure comprises a building frame, bearing walls with enclosures in the form of a floor and a ceiling, which are covered with sound-absorbing structures, window and door openings, as well as single-piece sound absorbers. The floor is made on an elastic foundation. The walls are covered by sound-absorbing structures. The vibration insulation system of the foundation with a basement is made with simultaneous cutting thereof with antiseismic joints from neighbouring buildings and the surrounding ground. To provide protection from vertically directed vibrations, the vibration insulators are mounted in the recess of the basement walls on the area of the girder foundation, and each set of the vibration insulation system consists of a metal plate, four vibration insulators, two sheets of sand paper for preventing the sliding of foundation elements and two supporting reinforced concrete blocks. To protect the building from horizontally directed vibrations propagating in the ground, a vibration insulation system is mounted on the vertical edges of outer walls of the basement at the foundation and covering level. Around the whole building there is a retaining wall, piers of which are linked to the faces of the bearing walls through vibration insulators which are mounted in the recesses of the piers. The basement of the building is in the form of a spatial frame structure made of monolithic reinforced concrete, the frame having covers and partition walls, as well as reinforced cross-pieces over the door and other openings with constant stiffness of the partition walls. Each of the vibration insulators has a base, an elastic mesh element and washers which interact with bushings; the base is in the form of a plate with mounting holes; a mesh elastic element which rests on the base by its lower part and is fixed by a lower washer rigidly connected to the base, and fixed through the upper part by an upper pressure washer, rigidly connected to a centre piston surrounded by a gap, arranged coaxially by a sleeve, rigidly connected to the base, and between the lower end of the piston and the bottom of the sleeve there is an elastomer, e.g. made from polyurethane, wherein the density of the mesh structure of the elastic mesh element is in the optimum range of 1.2-2.0 g/cm3. The wire material of the elastic mesh elements is EI-708 steel, and its diameter is in the optimum range of 0.09-0.15 mm, and the density of mesh structure of the outer layers of the elastic mesh element is 1.5 times greater than the density of the mesh structure of the inner layers of the elastic mesh element.
EFFECT: high strength and earthquake-resistance of the building and sound-proofing efficiency.
