FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to seismic resistant objects. Earthquake-proof construction of the building contains the frame of the workshop, bearing walls with fences in the form of floor and ceiling, which are lined with sound-absorbing structures, window and door openings, and also installed over the noisy equipment unit sound absorbers, containing a frame in which the sound-absorbing material is located. Floor is made on an elastic base, the structure of the floor on the elastic foundation contains an installation plate made of reinforced concrete, which is installed on two rigidly interconnected base plates of interfloor overlap with increased strength and seismic resistance with cavities through layers of vibration damping and waterproofing material with a gap relative to the bearing walls of the production room, wherein the layers of the vibration damping and waterproofing material are made with a flange tightly adhering to the bearing structures of the walls and the base load-bearing slabs, and a layer of vibration damping material is laid between the base plates of the interfloor overlapping, and the cavities of the base plates are staggered and the walls are lined with sound-absorbing structures, and the system of vibration isolation of the foundation with a basement floor is made with simultaneous cutting of its seams, such as anti-seismic from neighboring buildings and surrounding soil. To protect against vibrations of the vertical direction, vibration isolators are installed in the niches of the walls of the basement floor on the sections of the basement, and each set of vibration isolation system consists of a metal plate, four vibration isolators, two sheets of sandpaper to exclude the possibility of sliding elements of the foundation and two supporting reinforced concrete blocks. To protect the building from horizontal vibrations propagating along the ground, a system of vibration isolation along the vertical faces of the outer walls of the basement floor is constructed at the level of the foundation and the ceiling, while around the whole building a retaining wall is constructed, the buttresses of which are connected to the ends of the bearing walls through the vibration isolators, which are installed in the buttress niches. Vibration damping inserts are located in the cavities of the base plates, each of which is made in the form of a hollow rod with a set of damping disks in the internal cavity and is a cylindrical damping element to the ends of which rigid abutments are rigidly attached, and the inner cavity is filled with a set of at least two damping disks fixed to an elastic axis coaxially disposed with the cylindrical shell, and between the damping discs at least one cylindrical helical spring is located, the cavity of which is filled with a vibration damping material, for example polyurethane.
EFFECT: increase in the strength and seismic stability of the building, as well as the effectiveness of noise attenuation.
