FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to crusher roll and method of its assembly. Roll crusher for grinding of, say, minerals, comprises at least one roll. Said roll comprises shaft (F) and, on the whole, cylindrical crushing drum (30, 130). Said drum has inner surface to be fitted on shaft (S, S′). Said shaft (S, S′) is composed of two parts (10, 20, 110, 120). Shaft parts comprise connection appliances (40, 140). The latter are arranged to interconnected shaft parts (10, 22). Every shaft part (10, 20) has appropriate inner end part (11, 21). Inner end parts (11, 21) are arranged in opposition and can be interconnected by connection appliance (40). Crushing drum (30, 130) is fitted on shaft first part (20, 120) for roll assembly. Shaft second part (10, 110) is fitted into crushing drum (30, 130) toward shaft first part (20, 120). Shaft parts are interconnected with the help of connection appliances (40, 140) and uncoupled. Said drum is not disengaged in crusher operation.
