CRUSHER FOR GRINDING OF MATERIALS Russian patent published in 2005 - IPC

Abstract RU 2254166 C1

FIELD: construction, mining, metallurgical, food-processing, and chemical industry, power engineering, etc.

SUBSTANCE: crusher has cylindrical hollow drum with rotational drive roll arranged eccentrically inside drum in spaced relation with respect to its inner surface. Roll is driven for rotation in direction of rotation of cylindrical drum at velocity exceeding rotational velocity of drum. Roll is made in the form of hollow perforated cylinder. Trough mounted inside roll in axially aligned relation therewith is made in the form of hollow truncated cone. At least one window is provided in trough wall for passage of ground material from roll cavity into trough cavity. During operation of grinder trough vibrates in direction extending along cone axis.

EFFECT: increased efficiency of grinder and improved quality of ground material.
