FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: vibration isolator includes a casing and an elastic element. Two guide bushes joined by a common ring bottom turned to the base, are secured at the casing base by a layer of cast polyurethane. Pack of plate-like resilient elements resting by bottom surface on circular bottom is aligned with guide bush and made of antifriction material and by top nearing surface on the cover arranged around moulded polyurethane ply with clearance. The cover is connected by means of the securing element with bolt, its head is poured with layer of the poured polyurethane. At the side of open part the bushings have ring flangings, coaxial bushing axles, on which the elastic rings are secured. Resilient damping mesh elements are set inside and outside the dish-like resilient elements; they are made as pieces of off-grade rope of different diameter mixed up with the scraps of polyurethane products. The cone surfaces of the top and bottom dish elastic elements contain three radial slots directed from the large base of the truncated cone to the smaller base. Each of the radial slots is ended by hole for stress relieving.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of space vibration absorption and simplified design and installation.
