FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: method includes use of the condensing unit having steam turbine condenser with production steam bleeding, and oil supply system of its bearings with oil cooler, and additional recovery of the high-grade heat of production steam bleeding, recovery of low-grade heat of the oil supply system of the steam turbine bearings, and recovery of the low-grade heat of the oil supply system of the steam turbine bearings with production steam bleeding. At that the said recoveries are executed using the heat engine with closed circulation circuit working under organic Rankine cycle, under which the low boiling working medium circulating in the closed circuit is used as the cooling liquid. The said low boiling working medium is compressed in the condensate pump of the heat engine, is heated in waste heat exchanger of the heat engine, is heated in oil cooler of the steam turbine bearings, is heated in the oil cooler of the condensing unit, is heated in bottom system water heater of the heat turbine, is heated in top system water heater of the heat turbine, is evaporated and overheated in the steam turbine condenser with the production steam bleeding, is expanded in the heat engine turbine expander, its temperature is decreased in the waste heat exchanger of the heat engine, and condensed in the condensing heat exchanger of the heat engine.
EFFECT: increased efficiency factor of the thermal power station due to recovery of the low-grade steam heat of heating bleeding from the steam turbine, and recovery of low-grade heat of oil supply system of the steam turbine bearings for additional power generation.
