SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the field of beekeeping. To determine the physiological state of beneficial insects before entering into anabiosis, hibernation, the hypopharyngeal glands, fat bodies, ovaries are removed, placed in the anchoring liquid, then on the object table of the binocular microscope. The table is illuminated, and the degree of the organ development is determined on four-five-grade system, colour, transparency, yellowness, cream-likeness, changes in the morphology of the organs. At that the glands are taken in the native state, placed in a saline solution, illuminated with a cold straight beam of light using LEDs LED/LED with neutral-white characteristics of 4000 - 4125 K. Then, the results are taken into account, as temperature less than 4000 K does not gives the objective information and the temperature of more than 4500 K distorts colour of the object. Also the device for implementing the described method is proposed. This device comprises a multi-port USB hub, a console stand with a helical clamp for mounting on the surface of the table, LED flashlights on a flexible basis from three to six pieces, depending on the needs of the researcher, opaque diaphragms with an opening to narrow the light flux, and a power supply unit from the AC network or USB bus of the system unit of the office computer.

EFFECT: group of inventions provides obtaining the objective information and increase in reliability of the research, maintains the elasticity of the organs under study, does not deform them.
