SUBSTANCE: rapid detection is carried out by spraying an indicator composition on an analysed surface, the indicator composition being a 0.5-1.5 wt % alcohol solution of trinitrotoluene in propylene glycol using an aerosol device. The completeness of disinfection is checked not less than half an hour and not more than 2 hours after treatment at the onset of the characteristic indicator effect - a brown colour on the surface of the object.
EFFECT: invention improves operational capabilities of rapid detection of substances by prolonging the shelf life and the range of use of the indicator formulation, ensures easy and safe operation, environmental protection and enables to conduct rapid detection on vertical, inclined and horizontal surfaces.
