SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, in particular to a method for the regeneration of liver hepatocytes with phospholipids and can be used for the treatment of hepatocellular insufficiency and hepatobiliary system. The essence of the method consists in the introduction of phospholipids to a patient in the form of emulsions rectally in a dose of 35-45 ml 2 times per day with an 8-12 hour interval for 30-210 days. As the phospholipids egg lecithin, with its course dose being in the range from 240 to 1680 g, depending on the severity of the disease process is used.
EFFECT: invention provides the accelerated regeneration of liver hepatocytes and reduction of treatment terms.
