The method includes steps of: configuring one base station controller and a plurality of transceiving base stations respectively with two pairs of physical cables E1; connecting each of said transceiving base stations respectively with said base station controller in two directions; forming a ring network using a base station controller node and a transceiving base station node; and transmitting, by said base station system for railway application, an Internet protocol (IP) via E1 through said ring network.
