SUBSTANCE: various methods are proposed how to make it possible for a network to detect either transfer capacity or a reserve of the mobile terminal power on the basis of information, which is provided at the start of a session, and information provided periodically. Number of additional communication lines, which may be dedicated to the mobile terminal, may be then evaluated from the transfer capacity and the power reserve of the mobile terminal.
EFFECT: possibility of the network to more efficiently identify, where it is possible to appoint additional reverse communication channel.
