SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a configuration method of a protocol of repeated transmission via an upperlink between a network node and a retransmission node in a mobile communication system. Protocol configuration is performed on the network node or on the retransmission node. Number of transmission processes is determined based on position of time intervals available for transmission and can be chosen to control time for transmission and confirmation of reception of repeated transmission protocol. As soon as the number of transmission processes is configured, transmission processes are displayed at available time intervals in a pre-determined order and periodically.
EFFECT: reduction of average time for transmission and confirmation of reception, as well as the number of service signals of control signalling.
