SUBSTANCE: invention relates to communication equipment and can be used in wireless communication systems. For this purpose, proposed is a communication center for use in a communication system configured to: transmit the user equipment (UE) inside the coverage area of a first uplink-downlink configuration center inside the first time interval; and transmit to the specified user equipment (UE) inside the coverage area of second uplink-downlink configurations by a plurality of secondary time intervals in the first time interval, secondary uplink-downlink configurations comprises information on reconfigured subframes inside the first uplink-downlink configuration, which can be reconfigured by the communication center for use by one or more of the specified UE.

EFFECT: technical result is increased transmission channel capacity.
