FIELD: electricity.

SUBSTANCE: self-locking electronic switch comprises the main transistor, an auxiliary transistor with the opposite type of conductivity, the collector of the auxiliary transistor through a resistor is connected to the base of the main transistor, the collector of the main transistor is connected through a resistor to the base of the auxiliary transistor. The power supply transistor, which base through a resistor is connected to the data input of power supply on, and its collector is connected to the power supply circuit of an electronic switch. Between the base of the auxiliary transistor and an input of a negative bus bar there is switched on a capacitor, to the data input the first optron pair is connected and the output of the above optron pair is connected to the base of the auxiliary transistor, to the collector of the auxiliary transistor the second optron pair is connected and its output is the data output of the electronic switch.

EFFECT: improved reliability and interference immunity of the circuit.
