Between the base of the auxiliary transistor and an input of a negative bus bar there is switched on a capacitor, to the data input the first optron pair is connected and the output of the above optron pair is connected to the base of the auxiliary transistor, to the collector of the auxiliary transistor the second optron pair is connected and its output is the data output of the electronic switch.
