FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: switch (10) operates and capacitor bank (12) is discharged to a pair of electrodes (8), between which electric spark is initiated thus leading to occurrence of burst wave in fluid filling the tank (4) thus actuating fluid filling the tank (4) and guide tube (2). Hammer head (3) starts moving together with fluid to the right. When the hammer head (3) approaches the right end of the guide tube (2) permanent magnet (15) attracts ferromagnetic counterbalance (18) fixed at the right arm of double-arm lever (16), which is rotated relatively to the rotation axis (17) in clockwise direction. Excess fluid in the tank (5) is displaced to the expansion tank (7). When the capacitor bank (13) is discharged the reverse process is observed, and in result double-arm lever (16) is rotated relatively to the rotation axis (17) in counterclockwise direction. Thus operation cycle of the electromagnetic motor is completed. A new cycle is started from charging of capacitor bank (12) and (13).
