FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to high voltage process and discusses die mould (10) used to impregnate of pre-fabricated capacitor-type core (C) of high voltage through insulator by liquid resin, and contains two modules (11, 12, 13, 11a, 11b) of the dire mould movable relatively to each other and having such shape that to create axisymmetric cavity of the die mould (14). The die mould (10) creates columnar element of the cylindrical structure, in it at least two modules of the die mould are located above each other. The first (12) of two modules of the die mould is made as hollow cylinder. Two opposite front facets (111, 121) of two modules of the die mould and round O-ring provided between two opposite facets, creating the first sealing area (S1) of metal die mould interaction.
EFFECT: die mould has very effective sealing system and ensures possibility of high pressures application to liquid resin and preferable creation of the capacitor-type core in the device where the resin cures in accordance with the specific temperature profile.
