FIELD: power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of solar energy and relates to a laminated module on photovoltaic cells with heat removal for a hybrid solar collector on photovoltaic cells with heat removal. Module includes a cooling / absorption means and a photovoltaic unit. Cooling / absorption means has at least one flat surface with elevated peripheral edges and is configured to operate as a mould for a photovoltaic laminated structure. Photovoltaic unit has a photovoltaic laminated structure comprising a first layer formed on a flat surface of a cooling / absorbing means and made of an electrically insulating material having a high thermal conductivity, a plurality of photovoltaic cells located on the first layer of the material of the laminate structure, and a second layer moulded on photovoltaic cells and substantially covering them. Material of the second layer is transparent and has a high heat resistance.
EFFECT: technical result is to provide greater protection against damage due to thermal expansion, and from breakdown charges in high humidity conditions.
