FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the metallurgy of the precious metals, in particular to production of platinum or platinum-rhodium alloys, reinforced by the disperse oxide particles, and can be used during manufacturing of the glass melting devices and glass feeders operated in corrosion mediums and under high temperatures. Method of production of the composite materials based on platinum stabilised by zirconium oxide, it contains platinum or platinum-rhodium alloys melting with the alloying zirconium addition, grinding of the produced alloy to fine powder by means of the electrophysical dispersion, powder oxidating annealing, its processing to the compact material by powder metallurgy, and deformation-heat treatment, at that the electrophysical dispersion is performed in the distilled water with barbotage in it of the oxygen containing gas mixture containing from 20 to 50 vol % of oxygen, and brickets sintering is performed in vacuum at 1200-1600°C for 2-4 hours.
EFFECT: invention reduces operation duration of long-term oxidating annealing of the powder produced during the electrophysical dispersion of the zirconium alloyed alloy, and increased level of degassing of the semi-products produced by pressing of the powder, used further during manufacturing of the glass melting devices and glass feeders.
