FIELD: transport.

SUBSTANCE: service lifter comprises shaft with four opposed guides, load-carrying member with four carriages in contact by their wheels with shaft guides and load-carrying member drive. Said load-carrying member drive is composed, at least, of one winch provided with two opposed drums secured at shaft top part to handle at least two parallel pull ropes. Four ends of said pull ropes are secured in the grooves of two drums while mid part of every pull rope is passed through two bypass tackles arranged under load-carrying member and equalizing unit arranged in symmetry there between. The latter is provided with two signal markers interacting with induction of LED pickups connected in the winch deactivation electric circuit. Said drums are articulated by, for example, chain gearing. Bypass tackles are fitted from the edge of load-carrying member some 0.25-0.3 of its length of width while carriages are fitted at its eight angles.
