FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to cranes used at objects exploiting nuclear power (OENP). Proposed crane comprise crane ways, trolley, trolley drive, gripper, cargo lifting mechanisms and gripper control mechanism. To move cargo gripper, two independent load ropes are used passing through two guide units arranged at an angle one above the other on load trolley so as to eliminate the shift of the center of masses in case of the said ropes breaks. Rope drums of the main and emergent drives of gripper control arranged stationary opposite each other inside the protective chamber are driven with the help of shafts that pass through lay-in type panels fitted in the protective chamber ceiling capping and the drives mounted outside the protective chamber, in "clean" premises. The crane incorporates the load trolley retainer and emergent drive of the trolley.
EFFECT: higher reliability, improved radiation conditions, ruling out load failure and horizontal shift.
