SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the method and device of measurements during preliminary study of wells by the method of reduced level of the formation fluid at the bottom hole. Method contains level decreasing of the formation fluid, it contains contacting of the device of the hydraulic link in the formation tester with the well wall passing to the underground reservoir, reduction of the level of the first type by means of the liquid sampling to the device of the hydraulic link, fracture determination in the mud cake of the well wall during level decreasing of the first type, level decreasing of second type by means of the liquid sampling to the device of the hydraulic link if fracture is detected in the mud cake. At that level decreasing of the second type differs from the level decreasing of the first type, and the fracture confirmation in the mud cake of the well wall during level decreasing of the second type.

EFFECT: level decreasing of the formation fluid at the bottomhole, and measurements performance.
