FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: device includes a unit of one and more bent pipelines connected to each other with lateral sides and mounted in one unit that is fixed on the way of flow of coastal currents to change the direction of some part of water flows, increase their speed and introduce these flows to a water area of bays and gulfs. Each pipeline is bent at an angle of 45° to 170° with formation along its external and internal perimeter of multiturn screw surfaces of a triangular shape. Each pipeline is made in the form of hollow screw drums coaxially installed and rigidly attached to each other, including a receiving section, a straight-line section, a turn sector with a bend angle of 30°-170° and a straight-line section. The receiving section is made in the form of a conical sleeve, to the inner surface of which at an angle equal to an inclination angle of screw lines of the straight-line section there attached are curved screw inserts in the form of curved angle plates twisted throughout the length along the screw lines, equal to a pitch of screw lines of the straight-line section. Number of inserts is equal to the number of screw pockets of the straight-line section. Straight-line sections are made of at least one strip bent along straight lines arranged at an angle to edges of strips, with formation of similar parallelograms located on a strip alternately to opposite sides; with that, the strip is folded into cylindrical coils connected to each other along longitudinal edges, with formation along the outer surface of one-directional screw lines at an angle to the axis of the straight-line section, and on the inner surface - screw pockets of a triangular shape. The turn sector is made of sections each of which consists of a strip bent alternately to both sides along straight lines in the form of fold lines located on the strip at equal distances from each other and arranged at an angle to the strip edges with formation of squares that are different as to dimensions and have two parallel sides located on the strip alternately and parallel to each other; with that, the strip is rolled into a ring with pockets of a triangular shape, and sections are connected to each other with free sides of the above squares with formation along its perimeter of external and internal surfaces of multiturn screw surfaces of a triangular shape and one-directional multiturn screw lines.

EFFECT: providing cleaning of stagnant and polluted waters of bays and gulfs by creation inside them of constant circulation of clean sea water due to turning and direction of coastal currents deep into their water area, increase of speed of artificially created currents with further output to an open sea with these currents of pollutions of bays and gulfs.
