FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mineral dressing, in particular to selection of floatation reagents for ores. The ore flotation method using the mix of collectors comprises pre-selection of flotation reagents for which the chemical software is used. Using the software in virtual way the mixes of reagents are attached to the atom of metal of model of the floated mineral, the computer parameters are determined for the obtained complex, and taking into account the content of metals in the ore the metal molarity in the floated ore is determined, while for the used reagents the dipole / dipolar interaction shall be from -2.7717 up to 0.4956, 1/4 Van der Waals interaction ranging from 2.2390 to 8.8701, not 1/4 Van der Waals interaction from -0.3746 up to 1.7483, the bend of valence angles from 2.4600 up to 3.1866, extension of valence bonds from 0.2580 up to 0.7430 and the value of steric energy is calculated taking into account the calculated molarity of the extracted metal from 6.1198 up to 8.6639 kcal/mol.
EFFECT: improvement of efficiency of selection of floatation reagents for maximum extraction of valuable components.
