FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: turbine blade includes aerofoil profile and bandage flange at its internal end. The bandage flange has top plate and front wall, containing bent section with sealing section, and flat section directed perpendicularly to the top plate and located between the top plate and bent section. The rear wall of the bandage flange has shoulder made with possibility of arrangement in the complementary in terms of shape cavity in the rear wall of the adjacent blade, and/or rear wall has cavity made with possibility of installation in it of the complementary in terms of shape shoulder in the rear wall of the adjacent blade. Between the flat section and bent section of the front wall the bottom transition section is located, and between the top plate and flat section of the front wall the top transition section of the front wall is located. The aerofoil profile adjoints the top transition section on the top along flow side by means of the transition section of the aerofoil profile. The transition section of the aerofoil profile adjacent to one end of the top transition section has the first radius, and the transition section of the aerofoil profile adjacent to the another end of the top transition section has the second radius smaller then the first radius. The another invention of the group relates to the turbine rotor containing the said blade and sealing plate, having two-layer design and/or being resilient.

EFFECT: sealing between turbine blades.
