FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: turbine nozzle assembly comprises turbine stator blades and sealing element. Each blade comprises aerodynamic section, bent section and bandage section connected with aerodynamic section through bent section, and formed by connection of ceramic material with fibrous fabric. Fibrous fabric is bent at the end to form a shape corresponding to the bent section, and is molded as a whole into a mold corresponding to the aerodynamic section and a bandage section connected to the aerodynamic section through the bent section. Aerodynamic sections of two adjacent blades of turbine stator form channel for gas flow between them, and bandage section of each of turbine stator blades includes inner surface facing the flow channel, and external surface opposite to inner surface. Sealing element extends through the space between the bent section of the first turbine stator blade from two adjacent blades of the turbine stator and the free end part of the second turbine stator blade bandage section from two adjacent blades of the turbine stator. Inner surface of bandage section of second blade of stator of turbine includes thin-walled part located on side of free end part. Thickness between inner surface and outer surface of bandage section of second blade of stator of turbine is less in thin-walled part than thickness in other part of inner surface, which is closer to bent section, than to thin-walled part.
EFFECT: invention provides for sealing of space between bandages of two adjacent blades of turbine stator without cutting of ceramic blade material.
