FIELD: textiles, paper.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of production of white paper. The method comprises adding the pulp to the aqueous composition comprising a) at least one optical brightener from the group of derivatives of diaminostilbene series of the formula (I), mentioned in the description, b) at least one tinge dye of formula where M, R3, R4 have the meanings mentioned in the description, c) optionally one or more auxiliary substances and d) water.
EFFECT: proposed method provides enhancement of paper brightness while increasing or maintaining its shine.
