FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electric engineering of alternative power sources, in particular to the devices for electric and thermal energy generation by means of light emission energy conversion, and is intended for use in solar panels structure. The essence of the invention means. The carrying honeycomb panel of the solar panel includes two sheets with straight longitudinal ribs between them creating honeycombs, and contains reinforcement shoulder at the edges. The photoelectric converters connected using the metal busbars are secured on one of two sheets of the carrying honeycomb panel, that is substrate and contains perforation, opening the major part of the rear side of the photoelectric converters, to ensure direct thermal contact of the photoelectric converters with heating medium in this part. Unperforated part of the substrate sheet of the carrying honeycomb panel overlaps all spaces both between separate photoelectric converters, and between photoelectric converters and shoulders. The other sheet of the carrying honeycomb panel is protected from outside by the heat insulating shoe. At the side of the photosensitive surface of the photoelectric converters the back-projection plate is located, it is secured by tight connection to the shoulders, at that between the photoelectric converters and back-projection plate the gas or vacuum gap is created.
EFFECT: invention ensures increased total thermal and electric efficiency of the solar panel.
