FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: sectoral denervation of penis is performed in the regionally anaesthetised outpatients having a positive lidocaine dose test. The operation is performed through a subcoronary approach and involves a circular penis skin incision and subcutaneous tissue with exposing a deep fascia of penis (Buck fascia). The region, wherein the sectoral denervation of penis is performed, is labelled, which is followed by a circular dotted transection of the deep fascia of penis to perform the sectoral denervation of penis.
EFFECT: lower balanus sensitivity.
