SUBSTANCE: carriage contains the hollow spherical wheel-container, fitted with the hatch and connected with the circular frame enclosing it to which the handle with a possibility of regulation of length is hingedly attached. Axes of the wheel-container are hollow, bearing rotary hollow console L-shaped hatches with seals in axles, and the folding legs which are ended with self-orientating wheels with clamps are linked with the handle.
