FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to carriage frames, particularly to stop wheelchair supports. The object of invention is higher comfort of using the wheelchairs. The claimed object is ensured by the fact that the ball-shaped castor wheel consists of a swivel support mounted on a swivel bearing rod, and the latter represents an axis coupled with a swivel suspension through a rubber-steel absorber, and its lower end face is coupled with a ball-shaped two-chamber support consisting of a common external ball-shaped cover that comprises a main air-isolated bottom chamber and an auxiliary upper chamber on an internal wall of which there is a plate mounted within an attachment point to the main chamber and rigidly coupled with the axis of the swivel bearing rod.
EFFECT: invention enables higher ergonomics of the wheelchair.
