FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: moulding of container with application of medium comprises placing of plastic preform into the mould cavity to it to make first configuration and first volume. Medium is forced into plastic preform at the medium first pressure to make said preform produce an expanded profile. Mould cavity is actuated to get the second configuration and second volume. Note here that second volume is lower than the first over to make medium pressure in said preform exceed the medium first pressure. injected medium is a fluid while claimed process comprises decreasing the mould cavity at fluid compaction to avoid is leak from mould cavity. Container moulding process comprises placing of plastic preform into mould cavity, closing and sealing it to get first configuration and first volume. Note here that mould cavity bed section is at the first position. Medium is forced into plastic preform at the first medium pressure to make said preform produce an expanded profile. Mould cavity bed section is displaced to compaction position to get the second configuration and second volume so that second volume is larger than the first one.
EFFECT: simplified moulding process without drop in pressure and moulding efficiency.
