SUBSTANCE: set of inventions relates to forming of plastic container from perform. Claimed device comprises injection mould with cavity, drawing initiator rod appliance to get in contact with the preform inner surface to define the drawing initiation area and central pressure source located in the perform to feed pressurized fluid. Claimed process comprises heating the preform, feeding the latter into the mould cavity, the drawing initiator rod, feeding the forming fluid and bringing the positioning element in contact with the perform outer surface.

EFFECT: preset crystalline state of PETP used for production of flasks.
