FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: invention proposes a manufacturing method of multiple-pole cable connector (24a, 24b), which includes the following stages: location of a variety of contact elements (1) on supporting element (2). Contact element (1) is located in holes (3) of supporting element (2) so that one free end (4) made on contact element (1) projects out of the corresponding hole (3) and is located at some distance from surface (5) of supporting element (2), installation of flat sealing element (6) from paper on supporting element (2) so that it is located above free ends (4) of contact elements (1), which are located at some distance from surface (5) of supporting element (2), and retained against surface (5) of supporting element (2), creation of contacts of a variety of wires (8) of cable (23) with contact elements (1). Wires (8) are clamped on contact elements (1), and lining of contacts by extrusion of filling material (18, 22) for formation of structural assembly (20).
EFFECT: resistance of a multiple-pole cable connector to moisture and contamination, and therefore, increase of its service life.
