The system comprises a request generating unit (1), a program unit (2) with a classroom module (3) and an information output unit (4), wherein the request generating unit (1) is in the form of an application module (5), which includes an application generating submodule (6), an application viewing submodule (7) and a timetable submodule (8), and the program unit is provided with an equipment module (9), which includes a submodule (17) for outputting a list of types of equipment, a submodule (18) for entering a new type of equipment, a submodule (19) for entering a unit of a defined type of equipment,a submodule (20) for outputting a list of units of the defined type of equipment, a submodule (21) for monitoring free units of equipment, a photography module (10), a user module (11), a log file management module (12) and a statistics module (13), connected to each other and to the classroom module (3), which is configured for data communication using client-server technology and SQL programming language.
