SUBSTANCE: method to form a single information data base on surfaces of advertising vehicles, comprising collection of data on advertising structures designed for outdoor advertisement, a company-owner of advertisement structures during execution of their main business for displaying information on surfaces, and such data includes: address and type of a structure, a class of a side, a size of a side, availability of lighting, availability of free spaces, photographs of an advertising structure and its every side, a sketch map of an area, where an advertising structure is installed, cost of information placement, further entry of this data into a computer, its transfer via a communication channel to a centralised server of a company-owner of a single information base, implementation of this data structuring with server software, generation of a single data base on surfaces of outdoor advertisement, selection of models of advertising structures, having criteria of relation to a certain company, and transfer of information about them via a communication channel to a server of a company-owner of advertising structures, programmes of which provide for information content of the company's website, and actual information is displayed on the website of this company on surfaces that it owns, transfer of information available to a potential client, to a centralised server, and its display in a single information data base, whenever the company-owner of advertising structures enters information on new criteria of surfaces or their changes, transfer of a request from a potential client via a communication channel to a server, which generated a list of surfaces with indication of surface criteria important for their advertising campaign, generation of a list from models of outdoor advertising surfaces by the server, having stated criteria, and transfer of the generated list to the potential client, additionally data is collected, entered into a computer and sent to a data server on surfaces of advertising structures designed for indoor advertisement, for their inclusion into a generated data base, at the same time collection and entering of data to the server is carried out additionally to provide for accounting of surfaces and sales, having additionally included, at the same time, criteria of each side of the structure into the data on advertising structures, namely: a formula of each side of a structure, types of buildings and enterprises located in the area of installation of an advertising structure, and a target audience group, data structuring on a centralised server is carried out using hierarchical principles of systemisation, automatically entering each criterion into a separate memory cell, and forming for each advertising structure its own digital information model, which, with the help of software, is split into maximum quantity of criteria required to a potential client, from parts produced in process of splitting, models are synthesized, forming a single data base, made of, apart from a list of models of outdoor advertisement surfaces, from a list of models of indoor advertisement surfaces.
EFFECT: development of a method to generate a single data base on surfaces of advertising vehicles, making it possible to receive information on advertising structures on maximum quantity of requested criteria of surfaces and to choose these surfaces within shortest time possible.
