FIELD: measurement equipment.

SUBSTANCE: in a counter the outlet of the (n+2) AND element is the outlet of availability of the counter, the count inlet of the counter is connected to the first inlet of the (n+1) AND element. Outlets of the summing counter are the outlet bus of the counter and are connected to inlets of a decoder, outlets of which are connected to the second inlets from the first to n AND elements, accordingly. The first inlets from the first to n AND elements, accordingly, are control inlets of the counter, and their outlets are connected to inlets of the second AND element. The outlet of the second OR element is connected to an inverse inlet of the (n+1) AND element and the first inlet of the (n+2) AND element. The outlet of the pulse generator is connected with the second inlet of the (n+1) AND element, the outlet of which is connected to the second inlet of the first OR element, and the outlet of the latter - with the C-input of the summing counter. The count inlet of the counter is connected via the first pulse shaper with the first inlet of the first OR element and via the second pulse shaper - with the second inlet of the (n+2) OR element.
