SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of electronic equipment. The selector of pulses by duration comprises: two counters, a clock oscillator, an AND element, a multiplexer, two memories, a switchboard, a random access memory, an address bus, an analogue-digital converter, a comparator and a demultiplexer, outlets of which are outlets of the pulse selection by duration.

EFFECT: possibility to simultaneously monitor voltage from several sources and time, during which the measured voltage exceeds the set level, which in its turn, when using the pulse selector by duration in circuits of overcurrent protection makes it possible to protect simultaneously according to two criteria: by current and duration.
