SUBSTANCE: biopreparation is proposed for the bioremediation of oil-contaminated soils for the climatic conditions of the Far North. The biopreparation comprises a solid substrate-carrier and a consortium of hydrocarbon-oxidizing microorganisms immobilized on its surface, comprising strains of Bacillus vallismoris RNCIM B-11017, Exguobacterium mexicanum RNCIM B-11011, Serratia plymuthica VKM B-2819D, Rhodococcus sp. VKM Ac-2626D, and the mineral nutrient substrate for bacteria.
EFFECT: high degree of purification of soil and ground of oil and petroleum products under conditions of cold climate of the Far North in a short period of time.
