FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: method for preparing a composition based on a humic preparation is proposed, including preliminary preparation of a solution of the composition by mixing a paste-like humic preparation with water in a ratio of 1:4 and adding right before use a bacterial preparation in the amount of 2 kg per ton of the composition based on strains of Bacillus vallismortis ELA-4 VKPM B-11017 (VKPM/ARCIM (All-Russian collection of industrial microorganisms), Exiguobacterium mexicanum ELA-5 VKPM B-11011, Serratia plymuthica ELA-9 VKM B-2819D, Rhodococcus sp. LER-12 BKM Ac-2626D and a bioactivator in the amount of 12 liters per ton of the composition, as well as a method for remediation of oil-contaminated soils using the resulting composition.
EFFECT: inventions provide an increase in the level of purification and restorative properties and fertility of degraded soils.
