FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to moulded article. Article comprises resin composition produced with the help with one-auger extruder. Mix of initial materials results from mixing of 40-90 wt % of polyolefin (A), 3-30 wt % of polyamide (B) including metaxylene groups and 3-50 wt % of modified polyolefin (C). Extruder feed section-to-auger effective length-ratio makes 0.40-0.55. Compression section length-to-auger effective length-ratio makes 0.10-0.30. Measuring section length-to-auger effective length-ratio makes 0.10-0.40. Feed section top temperature limit makes +20°C of polyamide fusion point or lower. Temperatures of compression section and measuring section make -30°C to +20°C of polyamide fusion point or higher, while shear rate makes 14 s-1 or higher.
EFFECT: higher physical-mechanical properties.
