FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: claimed set of inventions relates to cleaning. Surface cleaner (2) comprises casing (4 to make chamber (6), channel to feed fluid to the latter, channel (16) to discharge fluid therefrom, nozzle (14) and acoustic converter (22). Nozzle is connected with discharge channel to create fluid outlet flow to surface cleaning. Acoustic converter is coupled with the case for acoustic power feed into fluid inside said chamber. Acoustic power exists in fluid being discharged from the nozzle. Besides, device includes also gas bubble generator (32) in said fluid being discharged from the nozzle. Casing and/or nozzle are made of pressure-absorbing material.

EFFECT: better cleaning of articles and personnel without damaging the both.
