FIELD: waste waters purification and disinfection; methods and the devices for treatment of the waste waters, the sediment and the organic substrates used in the biogas installations.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the treatment of the waste water, the sediment or the organic substrates used in the biogas installations and containing the threadlike and flocculating microorganisms. The method of decrease or elimination of formation of the volumetric sediment, the floating sediment and-or the foam, which provides for treatment of the waste water, the sediment or the organic substrates by guiding them into the pipe (2, 4) and through, at least, one narrowing (3) arranged in this pipe (2, 4), then subject them to the shift-loading, which is sufficient to decrease the relative amount of the thread-like micro-organisms as compared to the flocculating micro-organisms. At that the shift-loading is formed by the turbulent flow in the pipe. At that the current velocity of the waste water, the sediment or the organic substrates is increasing while passing through the narrowing (3) in the pipe (2, 4) due to reduction of the pressure. As the result of it in the waste water, in the sediment or the organic substrates the cavitation is formed. The device for decrease or elimination of formation of the volumetric sediment, the floating sediment and-or the foam contains: the pipe (2, 4) having at least one narrowing (3) and the tool (7) for feeding of the waste water, the sediment or organic substrates through the pipe (2, 4) so that the treatment of the waste water, the sediment or the organic substrates was conducted under action of the cavitation. In the tube (4) arranged below the narrowing (3) along the flow run there is the choke (5). The technical result of the invention is decrease or elimination of formation of the volumetric sediment, the floating sediment and-or the foam, simplification of realization.
EFFECT: the invention ensures decrease or elimination of formation of the volumetric sediment, the floating sediment and-or the foam, simplification of the method realization.
