SUBSTANCE: polyspast pulling-and-running device contains a conducting rope, a housing, a screw, a nut, running and fixed blocks with rollers, a drive, a load carrying rope. The device has the housing implemented in the form of a pipe and connected with well walls by an elastic sleeve gasket and fitted with fixed guides and stoppers with limit switches. The distance between the stoppers h is inversely proportional to the polyspast ratio n and amounts h = H/n, where N - lifting height.

EFFECT: execution of load lifting and lowering within confined space of borehole.
