FIELD: storage cargo treatment. SUBSTANCE: reloading machine has two frame shape rockers, that are hinged to a vertical stand. Free ends of the rockers are connected with a connecting rod and make a parallelogram shaped mechanism with a link gear, formed by a crew with a nut. The nut is hinged to a crank, that is mounted on the stand, and to a pulling rod, that is hinged by its free end to one of the frame shaped rockers. Blocks, embraced by a rope, are mounted on the rockers and on the connecting rod. One end of the rope is fixed on the stand and another - on the connecting rod, forming a compound pulley system with a looped branch, situated on the connecting rod blocks. There is a carriage with a biting mechanism set on the blocks mounted on the looped branch. The carriage travelling is limited by stoppers of the connecting rod.
